Product Description The HT-35 Aluminum and Vinyl Siding Cleaner is a biodegradable, nonflammable, noncorrosive detergent with no solvents in its formulation. This product will not etch glass nor will it harm plants. It must be noted that this product is not an Aluminum cleaner. The HT-35 Aluminum and Vinyl Siding Cleaner is only designed to clean the dirt from painted aluminum or vinyl surfaces. |
How To Use Product The HT-35 Aluminum and Vinyl Siding Cleaner is a concentrate. The dilutions listed below are suggestions and should be used only as a reference. Actual dilutions can be determined by field conditions after performing test samples. For best results the HT-35 Aluminum and Vinyl Siding Cleaner should be applied in an even fashion. Do not let the product dry on the surface. Let the product stand for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing. |
Dilutions Use 1 part cleaner to 5 parts water or 1 part cleaner to 10 parts water for aluminum and vinyl sided houses. Use 1 part cleaner to 3 parts water or 1 part cleaner to 5 parts water for trucks, boats and equipment. This product has been proven to be effective for surface preparation prior to painting. |
Safety The HT-35 Aluminum and Vinyl Siding Cleaner is an industrial cleaner and therefore the use of rubber gloves and a face shield is mandatory. If the product does contact the skin or eyes, flush with plenty of water. |
Ecology This product is completely biodegradable. When washed into the soil, the product will break down rapidly. If this product is inadvertently sprayed on bushes or trees, it should be rinsed off. Rinsing with water will prevent the possibility of damage to the plants. |
Effect On Other Materials The HT-35 Aluminum and Vinyl Siding Cleaner will not damage glass and it will also have no adverse effect on rubber, caulking or mortar. This product will clean certain types of stone and flooring materials, therefore, if the adjacent area is not going to be cleaned, it should be covered to prevent "clean spots". |
Other Applications For large scale or repeated operations, a waterblaster can be used in conjunction with The HT-35 Aluminum and Vinyl Siding Cleaner. First Brush or Spray the product mix directly on the dirty surface areas. Let stand for approximately 5-10 minutes and then blast off the dissolved soils with high pressure water. |
